We returned this year and spoke with Jaryd Long who showed us a few vehicles and took us for test drives. Jared understood that we were going to wait a year and took the time to answer all our questions about the new vehicles. We went back after a month with new intentions of buying from Jaryd but picked his day off by mistake. Ethan Jackson conversed with Jaryd by phone and took over seamlessly. Thank you Ethan. My wife and I were impressed and bought the vehicle. Zack Carey did an excellent job as sales manager and guided us through the final paperwork without any hassle. We returned a few days later to pick up the vehicle and were met and congratulated by all three men. Very classy. We were escorted to the delivery centre where Laura Janke walked us through the entire vehicle and its features. She answered questions, synced our phones to the car and was extremely pleasant. Relaxing, Pampered Experience I was at the dealership on May 10 to get my tires changed and oil servicing done. I was greeted with a smile as I drove into the service entrance. I walked in to the building and was greeted by some more very friendly people. After leaving my information at the service desk, I was offered to help myself to coffee & a cinnamon bun or other beverage of my choice..which I did. I headed upstairs for my complimentary mani-pedi. Since I was 1/2 an hour early, I had to take advantage of the complimentary massage chair (whom I have named Julio) and who is now my main man! LOL The mani pedi was awesome. Ashton did a wonderful job! Just as the mani pedi was finished, a young gentlemen ( think Dean), came up to let me that my car was ready to go! WHAT! ALREADY??? I felt like I had a great "spa" experience. Reluctantly I had to go, however I was greeted with my freshly washed Lexus and felt GREAT! on my drive home. I always smile when I think of the service at this dealership! More

A few minutes later someone else asked if I would like a muffin and brought me one. Each person in the waiting room was acknowledged and asked if there was anything they wanted/needed !! We all buy vehicles so we can have good service and fewer headaches than the average person experiences with their vehicle. Anyone who is aware of how Lexus on 170 Street Edmonton treats their customers would never buy a vehicle anywhere else as long as they live !! More

We were then seamlessly transitioned to Cecilia for final financial arrangements which was completed efficiently and without any fuss.
