Tire Trouble Hi showed up at my favorite Lexus dealership with my RX 350 on a flatbed tow truck. Had a nail in my side wall left rear tire and wouldn't hold air. Top notch dealership I was directed to Lexus of Edmonton through a mutual friend of the dealerships owner, and the friend who directed me over has himself 6 dealerships. But we could not find the vehicle we wanted through him, so this is how we ended up at Lexus of Edmonton. What can I say, from the minute we walked in, to the minute we are driving away in a Lexus was an “AMAZING” experience. From the owner (who give us a tour of the dealership, where they have an actual room for pedicures, a lounge with liquor, and snacks), to the AWSOME sales lady (Celeste) he hooked us up with, the finance team, and finally the drive away specialists they have. Would definitely recommend Lexus of Edmonton to anyone shopping for a vehicle to check them out before they make their final decision on a vehicle. More

Change over To winter tires on their own rims The service staff noticed something was wrong when they pulled my winter rims out of storage. The tires were not on the rims and could not be found. T The service staff noticed something was wrong when they pulled my winter rims out of storage. The tires were not on the rims and could not be found. They told me right away and gave me a loaner for the afternoon while the corrected the problem. On my return they had brand new tires on the cas and were empathetic and very apologetic. The staff were very considerate and concerned. Mistakes can happen and it is what you do to correct them that makes you a star or dirt. Well done Lexus you did yourself proud!
