Rating of last two visits. This is my 1st review as I was unable to transmit my previous attempt due to computer problems. I visited the dealership in early Dec for the 8K m This is my 1st review as I was unable to transmit my previous attempt due to computer problems. I visited the dealership in early Dec for the 8K maintenance and dealt with Kerri. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The work was done as expected and on time. In addition, Kerri appraised me of the availability of service to a damaged wheel rim, set up appointment on the spot.and arranged a loaner vehicle. My second visit which triggered this review was on 11 Dec and I dealt with both Dean and Lee. Once again they were efficient, competent and professional. Both, as always, were a pleasure to deal with. The rim repair was excellent and cheaper than I was quoted at another location (not Lexus). It is always a pleasure to visit the dealership as everyone, sales staff, management, servicing staff and others go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thanks to all. John More

Lexus ES350 Dropped in to take a fast look , We had no intention of buying until summer anyway , Salesman, Dave White, took the time to find out what exactly Dropped in to take a fast look , We had no intention of buying until summer anyway , Salesman, Dave White, took the time to find out what exactly we were looking for in a car. He showed us a used 2014 ES350 . Good deal, but again we had no intention of buying at this time . Will, one a week later, we were the proud owners of a new 2017 Lexus ES350 with the touring package. I like to add Dave was not a pushy salesman if he was that would have been all we needed not to buy at this time . He got all the answers to all of our concerns we had. Through emails and phine calls he answered them all. So we decided there was no need to wait it was exactly what we were look for. We also like to add the Financial lady I think her name was Erin was also very professional and helpful. The best part about buying from Lexus Edmonton was no one was overly pushy. They have a beautiful place there even a glass of wine or two while you wait can't get much better that that LOL. More
