The price was competitive, and even more-so as I was given a loaner vehicle (which was spotless and did NOT have dealership advertising on the side). My car was ready on time, washed and vacuumed. Lee Moore (service advisor) also noted some maintenance items to consider, specifically fluid changes, but did not try to 'upsell' me. I received top-level service and keep in mind, there are many dealers who refuse to work on cars older than 10-years, mine is 18 years-old! At Lexus of Edmonton I get the Lexus quality of service that has been the hallmark of Lexus since they were established, so kudos to them for maintaining the standard. More
