The dealership would not honor their sale price, a difference of $500, which I believed was a reasonable request. The vehicle was a Toyota Certified. Not worth the extra money. Wipers needed to be replaced. Windshield will need to be replaced. There was a distinct rattle in the front end. Took the vehicle to another Toyota dealership. They were shocked at what needed to be done for a Toyota Certified vehicle. More

I am very impressed with Lethbridge Toyota. From the minute I walked into the Dealership, I was welcomed but the people we not pushy which I didn’t find at other Dealerships. Archie was there to answer any questions I had, we went for a test drive and he helped me purchase my car, a 2009 Toyota Yaris. My car has been everything and more than they promised. Stylish, fun to drive and good on gas. Their service people are efficient and nice; it is so nice to use their drive through oil service. Their dealership is very well laid out. I really enjoyed their customer waiting area with free WIFI. I have and will recommend people to purchase their next vehicle at Lethbridge Toyota. More
Went in for regular service on my toyota sienna le, and ended up having to have front breaks done. Jamie was exceptional on helping me make the right decision to get my breaks done, she put two mechanics ended up having to have front breaks done. Jamie was exceptional on helping me make the right decision to get my breaks done, she put two mechanics on the job so I could be on my way faster, kept me well informed and making sure if I needed anything well I waited, along with showing me my old brakes, so I could see the difference between mine and a new pair. Over all, it was a great experience and I appreciate all the time and effort Jamie did. More
We have always found this dealership very good to deal with. We are a 'Toyota Family' as I have just purchased my second Limited Rav4,and, my husband owns a Limited Highlander.... and, we love them both. with. Our sales person was Archie, and, he was very easy, and, pleasant to deal with. We also had another salesman, who was also excellent.... he helped us on one of Archie's days off, but, unfortunately we do not remember his name. We came in to trade my Tundra to a a RAV4. Tasy was our sales person and looked over the RAV4s with us as well as going for a test drive. She found as many of the colours on the lot so that I could choos sales person and looked over the RAV4s with us as well as going for a test drive. Tasy helped us with choosing the options that were suitable and when we asked questions that she did not have answers for, she asked Tim. Tim took my Tundra for a spin and had a number that we accepted for trade in. Tim could only find one RAV4 in the colour I chose at a dealership in Grand Prairie but a new one would be delivered within a month so that is what I chose. Then we moved on to financing. The extended warranty was brought up which I had not found online and sold me on everything else. We were updated on the progress of my new RAV4 during the month and as well my payment was reduced as the the Red Tag amount went up while I was waiting. We were called when the vehicle came into the dealership and an appointment was made to pick up my new RAV4 in one week. They were shining up the RAV4 as I was signing the paperwork. I enjoy the push start, I really do not like the back up camera and wish there was sonar instead and really liked having my garage opener on the mirror. I realize that this is a Toyota decision and not part of this rating of the dealership but would like to make these comments. Sharon Ironside More

One reason I gave all 5's to this dealership is because having been to other dealerships recently I found that information regarding the vehicle was given to me at the proper time. For example I didn't ne having been to other dealerships recently I found that information regarding the vehicle was given to me at the proper time. For example I didn't need an indepth demo regarding the vehicles features before I had even driven it to see if I liked it. I was not buying a vehicle on features alone. I appreciated that the salesman told me what I needed to know and asked me if I had any questions he could help with. A dealership recently spent 40 minutes (sitting in the vehcile) with me prior to a test drive trying to sell me on the number of radio stations I could store which I thought was overkill. As it ended up I did not really like the feel of the vehicle and will never get that 40 minutes back! A little thing but really turned me off. Another thing is that I was not nagged with emails and phone calls. I did receive an email asking me if their was any more information I required but when I did not respond immediately I didn't get a follow up email. More
We have dealt with with dealership twice before and found the sales and service well above standard. Toyota offers and exceptional product and we have never had any major problem with a Toyota vehicle once w the sales and service well above standard.
