We had purchased a used Nissan Maxima which was in immaculate condition in October 2012. From the moment we entered the car lot to the driving away with the vehicle we were extremely impressed with th immaculate condition in October 2012. From the moment we entered the car lot to the driving away with the vehicle we were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the whole staff. They made us feel like family, super friendly and without pressure sales. They even helped us to save money as much as they could. They also gave us a great deal on car protection services which they had done for us in record time. Along with the car we received a free 51" 3D TV which was part of their current promotion. The staff, especially Tacey and Rahim, bent over backwards for us making sure all our needs were looked after. We had a great experience with Lethbridge Toyota and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
Lethbridge Toyota's online service is incredible! I was so shocked by my "online greeter", fast, efficient, easy, and made me feel like you truly care about customer service. Way to go! I had spent 3.5 weeks looking for a Honda CRV. Hours on Kijiji, Auto Trader, dealerships in Calgary, Grand Prairie and in Edmonton. After endless dealerships I had two left to cross off my list, one in Ai Kijiji, Auto Trader, dealerships in Calgary, Grand Prairie and in Edmonton. After endless dealerships I had two left to cross off my list, one in Airdrie and one in Lethbridge. Drove out to Airdrie and was very impressed with the CRV there, almost brought it as I didn't want to make the trek from Calgary to Lethbridge and possibly waste a lot of time. But I had to know. So I phoned and talked to Maggie Belisle and her warmth, humor and charm had me driving out there the next day. Thank goodness I waited, this was a much better deal financially, lower km, color I wanted and practically new inside. Test drove it with Maggie, met the other staff and handed over a cheque. Lots of dealerships out there but these people at Lethbridge Toyota took extra steps and I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet them! Maggie, you are exceptional! Overall an OK experience. Not impressed with dealership returning phone calls. I needed a piece replaced on the vehicle I purchased. After 3 weeks, no calls. I called and left a message with Archie. He returning phone calls. I needed a piece replaced on the vehicle I purchased. After 3 weeks, no calls. I called and left a message with Archie. He never called back. After a week i called him again. He told me the piece was in. Would have been nice to receive a call... Similar experience with the parts desk. I inquired about purchasing winter floor mats for the van. Parts guy said he would find some for me and call me. After 3 weeks with no response, I called again. He said he would look again and call me back right away. A week later still no response. Overall, an OK experience, but nothing super special. Not impressed with customer care post sale. More
I bought a 2012 Scion xB from Lethbridge Toyota in July and I am very happy with it. It is a stylish, spacious car which is fun to drive. Reid Hollander, my product advisor, listened to my needs and wants, and fit me with the perfect car. I have a disability which makes it difficult to get in and out of vehicles; the Scion xB has a perfect low entry level and is very easy to get in to. I found everybody at Lethbridge Toyota to be friendly and welcoming, and they made the experience of purchasing a car quite easy and enjoyable. I appreciated the efficiency of everybody I dealt with. Even though I don't live in Lethbridge, I would recommend Lethbridge Toyota to my friends. More
My experience with this dealership instantly was different from any other I have previously dealt with in terms of: -Approachability (granted most communication was email or phone, but I different from any other I have previously dealt with in terms of: -Approachability (granted most communication was email or phone, but I did not feel awkward in any way contacting my sales rep or the staff) -Personability, it honestly did not feel like your "traditional dealership interaction" in terms of that hovering sense of impending doom you get from dealerships. Reid was upfront, friendly, and did not try to pressure me in any way. He was always there to answer questions I had with pictures, video, or paperwork via email or telephone easily within an a few hours. Our interactions were very light but still able to discuss, and eventually, get down to business. Tim was easy to talk to and was more willing to work with me than any other sales managers in my 6 month search for a vehicle. The negotiations were quick, decisive and both parties I feel, ended up with what they wanted. Price was a little over what I was willing to pay, but the vehicle was quite cherry and my family is very pleased with it. The drivers who delivered the vehicle to my location were both pleasant, courteous, and patient. A very big thank you to them for bringing it out and waiting with us for the insurance to go through. The only hiccup was the transfer of the ECP, in which, "previous owner needed to sign a document indicating that the vehicle was being sold?" as informed by the service manager at a local dealership I get my Toyota's serviced at. Appropriate paperwork was filled out, signed and completed with a minimum of interruption to my schedule. A miniscule oversight on a otherwise very positive experience. Would I recommend Lethbridge Toyota? yes. Would I purchase from Lethbridge Toyota again? if the opportunity is there, absolutely. Thank you to all the staff at Lethbridge for making this transaction painless and thank you for being "different from the other guys" and I mean that in the most positive way possible. More
