I had enquired on-line about a previously owned 4Runner, and when I went to look at it, I fell in love at first sight with a 2014 Rav4. With his professional, gentle, low-pressure manner, Jorge easily & expertly explained the differences between the two vehicles and gave me the confidence to know that I was making the right choice. Rahim was the icing on the cake that made the entire experience that much sweeter - his friendly, easy going, professional manner made the financial paperwork so simple and stress-free. I picked up my new car today and was given a tour of the service department so that I know what to expect when I come in for the first oil change, and Jorge thoroughly went through every single thing on the vehicle, including setting up my phone for me on the Bluetooth! I love the Rav4 and easily give this entire experience with Lethbridge Toyota a 10 out of 10! More

I just happened to be there when the guy that won it in the "roll up the rim" contest and stopped by to drop it off as he was going to sell it back to the dealership and use the money to go to school. What a great car!! The sales person named Jorge Garcia was relaxed and did not pressure me to purchase and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. The dealership explained all my options for lease or purchase and left the choice to me. I am very happy I walked into the dealership that day and that my timing was so perfect!! We bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra without seeing the vehicle. We had only looked at the pictures provided and was given all the details on the phone or through e-mail. Once I decided on a truck both Reid and Tim offered a fair trade in value for my current truck and negotiated a price for the truck that satisfied all parties involved. Business manager Rahim was helpful in moving the financing forward with competitive Toyota interest rates. This all happened within a day, including the extra options being installed, very impressive. I'm super pleased with the new Toyota Tundra and am happy to continue driving the brand! More

My wife and I went into look at a 2013 Tundra Platinum. We had been to the dealship a couple of times to look at the different models. I finally had one picked out with the help of Mark and Tim. I found the deal to be great compared to other dealerships around. What I liked even more than the deal I was getting, was the atmosphere that was felt in the building. Everyone was happy and enjoyable to work with. I found everyone to be honest and extremely fair with all their dealings. We were having such a great time looking at our Tundra that my wife decided to trade in our minivan and buy a Venza also. Rahim in finance worked with us to find the best rates and had all our paperwork in order when the time came to pick the vehicles up. I would highly recommend buying any vehicle from this dealership. January 7th was not a good day for me. Amongst other events of note for the day, my baby ... my 1990 Taurus SHO died. Did a Google search and went through a few links. Came up with a link to http://www.auto123.com/en/used-cars/ that allowed a criteria search and the ability to compare several choices against one another. One jumped out - the 2009 Chevy Aveo. It looked too good to be true. At first I wasn't going to go look but after discussion with my wife I decided to go down to Lethbridge Toyota. The car looked pristine. Jorge came out and we talked about some of my concerns. To me the car was rediculously low priced but I had to dicker so I made an offer lower that the listed price. It was taken seriously and a counter offer was made, which I accepted. Long story shorter, I bought the car on January 8th but the whole story is that I was treated like royalty, even though I was buying one of their cheaper used vehicles and not one of the 40 or 50 thousand dollar items they had on their lot. I still miss my SHO but my new baby Chevy is growing on me ! To anyone who wants to know ... I give Lethbridge Toyota, Jorge our salesman and the whole Lethbridge Toyota team Ten stars out of a possible five. Recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Venza. My wife was looking for an all wheel drive, something different than the ubiquitous SUV's seen everywhere. From its blue tooth to its innovative all wheel drive, this car represents excellent value for its price (which was very competitive). In the past we have had to travel to Calgary to purchase new vehicles because the local dealers would not match pricing. Lethbridge Toyota not only matched, they beat it. More

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Lethbridge Toyota, the salesman, Dan, was extremely nice and helped me get the exact car I wanted extremely fast. My old car had been stolen and so I needed a new one to take back up to Edmonton for school, and I needed it that day. Dan was great at getting everything through quickly and perfectly and for a price I am really happy with. The car even needed side things put on and a 3M protection on the front and Dan made sure it happened and quickly, I left that day with my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dan for anyone looking buying a vehicle. I'm extremely happy with both my car and the service I received. More
