From the moment we walked through the door, Jasmine Vegso took the time to listen to our needs, discuss various models, and expertly told us about the car we had in mind. One of the reasons we came back to London City Mazda was because we never felt pressured to buy anything, and we felt as though Jasmine and the team treated us as individuals, not "just another sale". My husband was particularly impressed that Jasmine took the time to explain everything to me, as I would be the main driver. The other dealerships we spoke to only addressed him, even though we always made it clear who the car was for. It was the best advice I have followed in a long time. From the first moment I stepped in this new dealership I felt comfortable. Everyone was extremely friendly and very excited to be part of a growing team. There were a couple conversations I had with employees and though I know they wanted to sell me a vehicle, the discussion was more centered on building a sound business with a group of solid employees. There was no aggressive sales pitch and I appreciated that approach. I would recommend LCM to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. And ahhh…oh yeah…LCM beat the price of several local competitors.
