This is the second vehicle my husband and I have purchased from London City in the last 6 years, as we did previously we purchased a new/used vehicle and knew we would find a fare and competitive pr purchased from London City in the last 6 years, as we did previously we purchased a new/used vehicle and knew we would find a fare and competitive price going to London City. As we experienced our first time, our sales person Garry Harvey was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, available but not pushy as you often see at some dealerships. I personally am a very inquizative shopper and in the beginning was indecisive; Garry managed my questions and indecision well goingthrough my multiple visits to the dealership with a constant smile on his face and plenty of patience. We also financed through the dealership and David Forgan managed this portion of the sales, he was able to go to our bank and get us an extremely good rate and walked me through all options available to us for payment, warrantys etc. Although buying a new car is an exciting experience there is a certain amount of stress that comes along with such a major purchase and both David during the financing and Garry when picking up the new car (which they rushed to have ready in less than 48 hrs) helped to alleviate some of the stress including introducing us to the service team and setting up our first appointment for our free oil change. I highly recommend the team at London City as they will not disappoint and I look forward to seeing them for service visits and another new vehicle purchase a few years down the road. More

My fiance and I went to London City Chrysler looking to buy a small car. The first car we saw was a 2008 Dodge Avenger and after test driving it we decided we wanted to finance it. Since neither of us had the best credit, we weren't sure if we would be able to finance the car. We went to see Greg Proulx after we were told he specializes in bad credit. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He worked very hard to get us financed and get us in the car as soon as possible. He even came in on his day off work to finalize the paperwork so we could get the car before we left for vacation.
