I've had quite an experience with this dealership. I had James Clarke as my salesman, he was very friendly, helpful and honest. The whole buying experience was surprisingly pleasant, which is ironic bec had James Clarke as my salesman, he was very friendly, helpful and honest. The whole buying experience was surprisingly pleasant, which is ironic because I think the first thing I said to James besides "hi" was that I hated shopping for vehicles. We worked out a deal including "like new" tires and a few other small details that needed to be repaired. When I picked it up it had "brand new" tires, score! So I bought a very nice used diesel pickup for my company and put it straight to work. Within a week the truck showed signs of serious engine problems and I started to panic of course. I called the dealership on a Monday morning and by afternoon they had a flatbed sent to my house to have it brought in for repair. They were going to fix it! After some diagnosis the repairs needed ended up being significant. They decided to fix it anyway which was a huge relief to me! If that wasn't enough, they knew I was self employed so the gave me a loaner to drive. They actually lent me a full size diesel pickup to drag my equipment around with, awesome! I have to send a special thanks to Steve Christy, the mechanic who had his head stuck under the hood of my truck for almost a month. You did a great job Steve! Once the repairs were finished, Matt Rothwell the sales manager put together a 5000km engine warranty to top it all of. Thanks to everyone at London City, I know this wasn't a profitable sale for you guys but you definitely stood behind it. 5 Stars all the way! I have a joke I think Steve the mechanic might appreciate: " why is there an oval around Ford on their logo? It circles the problem " :) More

I was in market for a replacement to my 2008 Grand Caravan and through LCCs process of staying in touch with their customers, I made an appointment with Jasmine Vegso in their sales department. I was impressed with the features, performance and reliability of my existing vehicle. Service was a breeze and it met my families needs. Sitting with Jasmine for a brief meeting on my requirements and budget, she suggested I take a drive in a 2012 Grand Caravan after explaining the newer features it had over my existing vehicle. While I was doing this she had my potential trade-in assessed, worked with Matt Cartwright to make sure the inventory was right for me, and also with David Forgan on the financials. When I returned from my test drive, we met and discussed our "deal". Everything lined up and we put it together. There was never any surprises, Jasmine has great knowledge of her product, understood my situation and made the whole process quite seamless. My family loves the new van as it was a very easy migration including establishing "UConnect(tm)" for our mobile devices, fuel mileage is impressive as is performance. The storage and cargo capability plus the familiar friendliness of the inherent features makes it a joy to own and operate. I feel very comfortable with the whole team at LCC. They have always made me feel welcome, understood my needs, and went beyond to accomodate me. I look forward to a continuing relationship with them. More

I have taken two vehicles in two days to have winter tires put on but I also have all my other vehicle needs taken care of here. The service is fantastic and even though they get REALLY busy they are st tires put on but I also have all my other vehicle needs taken care of here. The service is fantastic and even though they get REALLY busy they are still friendly and go the extra mile for you. I deal with Damien most frequently and he is always positive and upbeat. He is prompt to let me know my vehicle is ready and always makes sure I have a shuttle ride ready to go! Larry drives the shuttle on Mondays and Tuesdays and is a real treat! He is able to juggle his schedule to get people where they need to go when they need to get there and knows the city like the back of his hand! I will continue to frequent LCC and although no one wants to frequent a car repair facility, I know my car will be taken care of and I know I can expect nothing short of stellar service. My wife and I had made an appointment to view a specific used car and when we arrived we were greeted promptly by friendly staff and directed to our salesperson. The car was brought to us to look at and we observed some swirl and scratch marks. The car was sent out to a detail shop of our choosing and the dealership paid for this service . The car is beautiful and is to our satisfaction.
