Langley Toyota service dept is a good experience. Staff are attentive to your concerns and I feel I get good value. They don't seem to push or "upsell" a service that your vehicle does not need. I was even able to reach out to the service manager who seemed approachable and interested in resolving my vehicle issue regarding the brakes. I have dealt with many dealers over the years and this is one of the few where I don't get nervous about visiting, wondering what the dealer might try and sell me for an up-charge. Other dealers have done this and even though I enjoyed another product brand I no longer own that vehicle because I didn't feel the dealer was trying to earn my respect as a customer and treat me fairly. They lost me as a customer. If Langley Toyota continues to follow the path they are one treating customers fairly then they should have no problem with a client base and getting good referrals as a good business plan. Keep up the good work. More

Very poor service and misleading information from sales rep Pav Boparai. He lied to me right from the start. On August 11, 2021 I spoke with him on getting a RAV 4 limited in grey colour. He told me that w rep Pav Boparai. He lied to me right from the start. On August 11, 2021 I spoke with him on getting a RAV 4 limited in grey colour. He told me that will cost $50,500 because the cars are selling fast. There was no discount. He asked for $500.00 deposit and I gave him my CC number. Next day he told me that RAV 4 in grey colour is not available but he could get me a silver colour. I told him no thanks we are looking for grey colour. He told me that he will refund $500.00 and I will get the refund in two days. Thinking that most car sales reps lie and cannot be trusted, I decided to call other Toyota dealers in Lower Mainland. With in few minutes I was able to get the grey RAV 4 limited from Open Road Toyota in Port Moody. The sales rep there was very honest and sold the car to us about $1000 cheaper. The car was ready with in two hours. After couple days I checked my CC account and no refund from Langley Toyota. I called Pav and again he lied to me saying that he had checked with accounting and it will take seven days. After seven days still no refund I called Pav and he started to give me another lie. I asked him for his manager’s number and called and left a message. With in few minutes I got the call from receptionist who told me that Pav had no authority to give the refund and that he did not put it through He had lied to me all that time. She asked me for my CC number and with in two days I got the refund. I will never deal with Pav or Langley Toyota again. More
