The Best! But…..need a better system for contacting customer at end of servicing. A 1 1/2 hr service became 3hrs! I desperately needed to visit the washroom, just my luck, my service advisor came to customer at end of servicing. A 1 1/2 hr service became 3hrs! I desperately needed to visit the washroom, just my luck, my service advisor came to get me when I was “busy” ( maybe 5min.!) I missed him and ended up waiting another 1 1/2 hrs. I finally went to the Service desk to see what was taking so long. Was told they had tried to get me, but I wasn’t there. Perhaps it would be an idea to also call people over the loudspeaker ( &install one in the washroom) or have a bulletin board that could be checked to see if the vehicle is ready for pick up). More
Bought new hybrid Highlander yesterday. Was supposed to have all the accessories which I ordered when I booked the vehicle in July 2021. When I asked to reach out to his boss the answer was that I can’t see his boss. I picked up my car but was not happy with the service I got. More
I am usually satisfied but the last visit my worn tires were both put on the passenger side when the two best ones should have been put on the front. Very disappointed in Langley Toyota. Been dealing with them for years, although I live in White Rock, and until now have found them to be reliable and providing excellent service. I rely on my car to get around as I am only able to walk short distances. I had a flat tire a few weeks ago, which they repaired. Two days later it was flat again, and they repaired it again. Today it looks like the same tire has a slow leak and when I called to make an appointment they said they were too busy. The person I spoke to suggested I drive round the tire shops to see if someone will fix it. I would have been okay with replacing the tire, if that means that I can once again count on my car to be functional when I need it, but I was assured that the second repair was sufficient. I was shocked that they had no helpful suggestions and apparently no interest in keeping me as a customer. More
