We don’t buy a lot of vehicles,but this was our worst experience.Had to deal with 3 separate people before we could finalize a deal.We have had a few minor issues we absolutely no success having problems experience.Had to deal with 3 separate people before we could finalize a deal.We have had a few minor issues we absolutely no success having problems solved,they got their money and then nothing more,we noticed several customers received gift baskets on a sale,I guess spending $55,000 doesn’t merit appreciation.If we didn’t like the vehicle so much we would of left and gone elsewhere. Outstanding service as always! My 4Runner all of a sudden started idling crazy rough one morning—it was so bad I wound up having to get it towed into Toyota which is never a good t My 4Runner all of a sudden started idling crazy rough one morning—it was so bad I wound up having to get it towed into Toyota which is never a good thing! They graciously squeezed me in on short notice (we’re a busy family of 5) & quickly diagnosed the problem—neighbourhood rats had chewed through 2 of the fuel injector wires overnight! It was fixed & given back to me well before the end of the same business day, which was completely unexpected! Thank you! More

Omg, Oliver was awesome, so friendly and helpful and patient. He was well educated and up on top of everything with the vehicles and technology. I can't say enough good things about him.
