I was happy until our sales person took my keys under the guise of "appraising my trade". I could see our vehicle was never inspected (it was right outside the window) and I was never given its value. Our sa guise of "appraising my trade". I could see our vehicle was never inspected (it was right outside the window) and I was never given its value. Our salesperson then gave us 2 vastly conflicting numbers. A 27000 all in total purchase price and a 223 biweekly payment over 9 years. That bi weekly payment puts the total cost well over 40000. When I said I would think it over the salesperson insisted we drive the new vehicle home to think it over. I don't appreciate having to argue for 10 minutes that I want the keys to my vehicle back and that I am not interested. They also seem to pay for reviews as the people who I know bought vehicles there said they received discounts for positive reviews. More
