Your salesman RICH FORMAN went above and beyond the service we expected. After listening to our requests and needs in a JK never once did he try to sell us something we didn't want! RICH called us and informed me about a cancelled order meeting our requests and was able to "seal the deal" with Chrysler Canada. From that time on anytime we stopped in to see him he was always extremely apologetic on the waiting time, something that we new he had no control over but appreciated his sentiments. When the JK arrived there were a few modifications we wanted to have done, that is when RICH put me in touch with Justin in your parts dept. and he was able to fulfill our request sooner than we thought, another person who listened and didn't try to push something we didn't want. It is nice to know that "service" in the sales world is still alive and well at Langley Chrysler .We left your establishment with more of a friendship like relationship than a business one and you can be assured that at any chance we have we will refer friends and family to your establishment, especially to RICH.
