In 1971, the Trotman family opened our flagship store, Langley Chrysler. Today, over 40 years later, Langley Chrysler remains family-owned-and-operated as a member of the Trotman Auto Group. Easy, laid back sales approach Dealt with Simon. I inquired about a vehicle from their website. He phoned me the next day. Sent me some specs by text. We texted back and forth a Dealt with Simon. We texted back and forth a bit about what I was looking for, and he sent me a vehicle they had that pretty much met all of my list. Went in later that day, they appraised my trade, we looked at a couple of options on the lot, and he let me take one home for the day to talk about it with my wife. Went back that night and finalized the deal. No pressure from him at all. Very pleasant transaction. The business office did try to sell their warranties, but I suppose that's their job. Felt a bit of pressure there, but not too much "hard sell". More

Amazing customer service!! Found Langley Chrylser after a terrible experience at another dealership. Was welcomed and treated like royalty by Nils and the rest of the team! Absolutly AMAZING! My wife and I went out searching for a truck and came across Langley Chrysler. The second we walked up to the building we were greeted by Rich Forman My wife and I went out searching for a truck and came across Langley Chrysler. The second we walked up to the building we were greeted by Rich Forman with a friendly smile! Our overall experience with Rich was very very good. He helped us source out a truck that not only fit our needs, but also fit the price range we were looking for. He made excellent suggestions and got us just what we wanted and needed! We were then passed to the Finance department to Janine, and she was super friendly and helpful too! She explained to us everything at every step of the way not leaving us in the dark even once! Everything was out in the open for us to see, and we never felt like they were trying to hide everything. They found every possible way to save us money, and maximize the potential of our truck! We drove away in the truck we have been dreaming about for years! We will DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to everyone we know!! More

Trading my car for a truck made easier at Langley Chrysler After looking at trucks on websites and at auto dealers and having test drove several, I hadn't yet found what I felt was the right truck for my plans After looking at trucks on websites and at auto dealers and having test drove several, I hadn't yet found what I felt was the right truck for my plans. I found my way to Langley Chrysler because of the choices available on their website. I was impressed that after only a couple of minutes a sale person came outside to greet me. I explained that I was wanting to trade in my car for a truck that could tow a trailer...Bill Jones the sales rep brought me and friend inside to look at the website so I could show him the examples I had seen. He suggested a truck for me and we went for a test drive. I liked the fact that the sales rep was so knowledgeable about his product. He also did not try to "upsell" me. He wanted to make sure I got the truck that was "right" for me. Consequently, I left behind my beautiful blue car and drove home in a new to me truck. I credit Bill Jones for making me feel comfortable enough to actually want to buy the truck from him. The finance person also made it easy to understand the paperwork. I had questions and she was happy to explain. More

Buying a new vehicle with not the best credit score! I had the pleasure of working with Langley Chrysler when trying to purchase a newer vehicle. The lovely ladies that work with Langley Auto Loans @ Lan I had the pleasure of working with Langley Chrysler when trying to purchase a newer vehicle. The lovely ladies that work with Langley Auto Loans @ Langley Chrysler provided me with the knowledge that I required to get my Credit Score back on track! They were very patient and understanding and very professional! Not sure about most people but I was quite embarrassed of my Credit Score but the ladies there made me feel like any other customer/client, I felt special! If I could give anyone advise - I highly recommend going to Langley Chrysler! More

Great time buying my first car I went in to the Langley dealership to look at 2 Jeeps. I took the one I really liked for a test drive after talking to Samir. He did his best to get I went in to the Langley dealership to look at 2 Jeeps. I took the one I really liked for a test drive after talking to Samir.
