I visited your dealership for a PCM update due to low fuel mileage under Ford Customer Satisfaction Program 24E03, which, as confirmed by the Ford of Canada Customer Relationship Centre, its cover under fuel mileage under Ford Customer Satisfaction Program 24E03, which, as confirmed by the Ford of Canada Customer Relationship Centre, its cover under unlimited miles warranty. According to my understanding if i am experiencing any issue after software update Ford will redo software free of cost. However, I was charged approximately $95, and no update was actually performed. The technician stated that the update was not done because there were all the “custom settings” are still present. Additionally, today I noticed that my OBD-II connector still had same zip ties that I installed few days ago i know because of 1 zip tie i cut pointed that scratched me. Without removing those zip ties, it is physically impossible to connect a scan tool, which strongly suggests that no diagnostic or programming work was carried out. Based on this, I am requesting that the PCM software be reprogrammed properly using the factory “as-built” data. More

It was a very disappointing experience. Over several weeks I had 4 visits with declining results. After work was done more leaks and more leaks.
