Terrible service Went in for an oil change, 2 weeks later the oil pulg came out of my oil pan on the 401, dumped all of the oil out of my car on the side of the 401. T Went in for an oil change, 2 weeks later the oil pulg came out of my oil pan on the 401, dumped all of the oil out of my car on the side of the 401. The car is 3 years old. Had to have it towed 177 kms back to the dealership. The next day they told me the oil pulg "walked" itself out of the oil pan. They said I could pick up the car. When I went to pick it up, they hadn't even washed the oil off the car. There was no apology, no offer of next one free. Very dissatisfied with how they handled the problem as oil plugs don't "walk". More

Not great communication Rust spot needed to be accessed due to warranty . Service manger does not return calls in timely manner. Had to hunt him down on 2 occasions to get answers. Original assessment was August 17 and car wasn’t approved for fixing until October 12. Brought in Oct 15 Got a loaner car which is great, but they gave me one that was sold so I had to go back and change. New car wasn’t set up for use. Plastic still on seat and floor mats in trunk. Service manager Chris called Oct 16 to tell me to return car. Which I had done. someone in management needs to better at small details and communication. Chris doesn’t seem to do either of these well. More
