He was most kind, most considerate, and completely professional over the several sessions that we had with him. At the time we told him, and very much meant it, that he had made buying a new car an enjoyable event. We never felt rushed or pressured and he answered our numerous questions with knowledge and good humour. We were always very comfortable with him and he responded immediately and happily to many phone calls. When we were in some difficulty with getting lost and being late for an appointment he offered to drive us to the Center. Laurie Timbrell was especially helpful and patient in discussing the finances relating to the purchase of our new Camry. She was a pleasure to work with. More

She was so friendly, professional, informative and patient (I can be a tough cookie to deal with when trading in / purchasing a vehicle). With the help of Tania and Anthony I received a great price for my trade and I got a great deal on a brand new Toyota C-HR. After deciding on my purchase I met with Laurie in Finance and was once again greeted with a friendly face. Laurie was also very professional and informative. Service Department This was my first experience with Kingston Toyota after I bought a used Corolla from Kingston Dodge. I thought it would be a good idea to get Toyota " This was my first experience with Kingston Toyota after I bought a used Corolla from Kingston Dodge. I thought it would be a good idea to get Toyota "experts" to do the service and it was due for an oil change. The SRS air bag light had come on so I asked them to look at it. They said it was a $100 diagnosis fee, pretty steep I thought but I just wanted it fixed. They called me 3 hours later to inform me that they had spent an hour reading the codes, taking the bumper off to access the sensor and looking at the wires under the steering wheel around the fuse box. They had noticed some rodent damage on some wires but needed to get behind the fuse box to find out what was wrong and it was going to take them another 2 hours and an additional $200 just for the diagnosis. That seems like a little much to me and it's not clear at the outset that the "diagnosis fee" is just for one hour of labour to try and find the problem and if they don't find it in that time they're going to come back to the well for more time and money to continue diagnosing. In my mind a standard diagnosis fee should take into account all the things that might need to be checked, and if you pay the fee you'll get a diagnosis, so I payed $100 and didn't get a diagnosis. I won't be going back. More

Service appointments I wanted an oil and transmission fluid change on my 2010 Camry .I had to wait 17 days to get in for the service. They also wanted to do a transmission flush, it is not recommended. It is strictly a drain and fill. Belleville was not much better. I happened to be visiting Peterborough and called Russelle Toyota beforehand. A 2 day wait , they only do drain and fill and the price was extremely lower. This is not the first time I have called for service and had to wait at least 2 weeks to get in. More
