The Service Dept of Kingscross has grown to an extraordinary level in the past year, with better experience than I have had at any other dealer in almost 50 yrs of car ownership. This last time, from knowledgeable and efficient reception to the level of service by Jasmine Wang, my experience was nothing short of excellent.My appointments were kept to the minute, there was no waste of time, the service was completed earlier than promised, the work was done correctly and thoroughly, and my vehicle was returned to me washed. However, recently my family's experience with Sales Dept has fallen flat. I understand the current challenges all dealerships are experiencing -- the problem is not that, it is the dismissive manner in which my family has been treated at Kingscross after their fault in selling our purchased car to another buyer. If only the Sales Dept could serve its customers to the same degree of dedication, effort, and attention as the Service Dept, the entire Dealership could be given a top rating. Sadly, this is not the case and the fault lies entirely with top management. More
