Just wanted to share what a amazing experience we had with this dealership. After being given the runaround at the dealership we have dealt with for 13 years my wife and I reached out to to Kingscross an with this dealership. I just have to say he is absolutely amazing at his job. We went in to see him in the morning on Friday viewed the car got all the details signed the paperwork and was approved and the deal was done just shortly after noon the same day. Dennie’s knowledge is only surpassed by his unbelievable customer service skills. His communication throughout the entire process was just amazing. He had made us loyal kingscross customers for life. I've had my Hyundai there three times for service. The first time was fine but not exceptional. The last two were not good at all. The price when I came to pick up the car was substantially differe The first time was fine but not exceptional. The last two were not good at all. The price when I came to pick up the car was substantially different from what I'd been told was the final price on the phone half an hour earlier. I also authorized one computer diagnosis, and they charged it twice. The last two times my car has been there it came away with body damage that it did not go in with. Most recently there was a drag of white paint down the entire driver's side of the car. This after I'd been told my car was ready and I'd had to search the back lot for it. I should have gone back in about the damage, but by that time I just wanted out of there. I will buff the white paint off myself rather than deal with Kingscross again. I have started to shop for my next car, which will be all electric, and I had been looking at a Hyundai, but not now. More
