I will never return to this dealership. They agreed to returning a performance part from my trade in because they didn't not want to sell my car with the exhaust. I paid 1500 for a stock exhaust to be installed and my parts returned. The car is now sold and they sold it with my parts still attached and aren't returning the aftermarket parts, the oem exhaust I paid for or return the money. On top of it all they lied to me multiple times and the salesperson did nothing to assist in solving this issue aside from saying he's "just the salesman". Worst experience and I wouldn't recommend this dealership or salesperson to anyone in the future. More

Hi everyone, i applied a finance application by deposited 500$ without seeing a elantra luxury 2023 due to no demo stock in the dealership for test drive and for viewing on 25th April in the dealership after 500$ without seeing a elantra luxury 2023 due to no demo stock in the dealership for test drive and for viewing on 25th April in the dealership after a salesperson Mr.Rakib said car only elantra 2023 luxury trim will be available within 3-4 months in the end of July and after booking VIN number will get after a month. I trusted his words and booked the car. My finance manager was Nina Dagdag approved me in a few seconds for my vehicle with luxury trim. Im thankful to Nina but disappointed with salesperson as now i contacted Mr.Rakib and asked for VIN number and car delivery now he said its up to hyundai canada car will deliver may be in the end of year or may be next year. It looks unprofessional.I am disappointed. I reviewed a postive on 25 april,2023 and today i disagree with my previous review about salesperson. More
