You don't find services like this anymore. I have been getting my Santa Fe serviced at Kingscross Hyundai since day 1. Manager Anthony Cheung, Service Adviser Edwin Ho and their crew has alwa I have been getting my Santa Fe serviced at Kingscross Hyundai since day 1. Manager Anthony Cheung, Service Adviser Edwin Ho and their crew has always been second to none in quality of service. Two days ago I heard a strange noise coming from the front wheel and I promptly contacted them and asked for a time to bring the car in. Anthony said they will COME TO MY WORK to pick up the car instead and deliver it back within my working hours! I got a call from the front desk saying someone from Kingscross was here to pick up my car. I was expecting a hired driver, but when I went to the front, it was Anthony, the manager himself!! He brought a mechanic with him, who looked at my car on the spot to make sure it is safe to drive, and then left with it. They even left me with a rental car JUST IN CASE the repairs will take longer than expected. (Seriously, where do you get service like this anymore??) Two hours later Edwin call me and told me everything was done, and 30 minutes after that my car was back in the parking lot. If I say it once, I have said it 100 times, if you are not happy with the service at Kingscross, trust me, you will not be happy anywhere else!! 5 stars to Anthony, Edwin and the crew!! More
