Terrible customer service I had a recall for my 2013 Santa Fe, apparently they had to change the engine(some part of it), I gave my car to them on Tuesday and got my car back o I had a recall for my 2013 Santa Fe, apparently they had to change the engine(some part of it), I gave my car to them on Tuesday and got my car back on Friday, after few hours driving I got the engine light on so brought back to the them on Monday and they charged me 400$ because the problem wasn’t related to the recall, I just don’t believe it. And a person I dealt with had no idea about crm, seemed like he hated his job, what an attitude!! More
