Happy with the service but not the price. I've been visiting this service center every 3 months for oil change since I bought my Elantra in this dealership two years ago. First time I was call I've been visiting this service center every 3 months for oil change since I bought my Elantra in this dealership two years ago. First time I was called inside the service floor to show how my car's brake system has deteriorated to the point that all 4 had to be replaced. They did a good job of showing me the physical condition of my car. The price I paid was really huge. That was the not so good part. Anyways, the service manager waived the price of the oil and filter change which was a bit of a consolation. More
Its ok but not best My car model was Elantra 2019. I went to the service for oil change. But on the receipt that I got from the service centre They wrote Hyundai Accent. According to the sales representative when I bought the car My first 5 oil changes should be free. But they charge me 48. $ . On top of that my car is now consumping more gas rather than before after this oil change. More

And as soon as my car was done I got a call that my car is ready for pick-up. When I got my car it was washed and got an inspection report of my the car which is so handy that it is impornative of what needs to be done with your car in the near future. It was a great experience. I am fully satisfied. More

Customers are people....not idiots Three times I have been involved in no fault accidents, and three times I have brought my card to KG body shop. Mr. Patel was pleasant to deal with Three times I have been involved in no fault accidents, and three times I have brought my card to KG body shop. Mr. Patel was pleasant to deal with but not Arthur. My vehicle has 121,352 Kh , and is considered low mileage 2005 Tucson. Arthur is not a mechanic, and for him to insult my intelligence and to suggest should turn in my car, and buy another vehicle, was a complete insult. As he was fully aware that he could sell MY vehicle for at least 5-7K, and not the 1K based on the Blue book value. The Actuator replacement part is 167.00, not 800.00 dollars. Customers first, not dollars first! More
