Customers are people....not idiots Three times I have been involved in no fault accidents, and three times I have brought my card to KG body shop. My vehicle has 121,352 Kh , and is considered low mileage 2005 Tucson. Arthur is not a mechanic, and for him to insult my intelligence and to suggest should turn in my car, and buy another vehicle, was a complete insult. As he was fully aware that he could sell MY vehicle for at least 5-7K, and not the 1K based on the Blue book value. The Actuator replacement part is 167.00, not 800.00 dollars. Customers first, not dollars first! More
