I purchased a new Ultra Palisade in October 2019 last year which included the trade-in of my existing vehicle. However, they were not able to deliver the new Palisade until February 2020 but they sti year which included the trade-in of my existing vehicle. However, they were not able to deliver the new Palisade until February 2020 but they still honoured the trade-in value that was agreed back in October notwithstanding I had driven the trade-in for almost an additional 5 months. I was very impressed how they handled the whole Situation especially since the delivery delay was completely out of their control. More

Yesterday (Saturday morning) I took my car in for a level 4 service and was told it would take about two hours to complete. I was also advised that if addition issues were found with the car, I would be informed before a decision was made on any additional work. Withins an hour and a half, I had my car back on the road, washed and running as good as ever. No additional issues were found ( a great product) and I was set for another 6000 km. Edwin, the service representative, as usual, kept me informed along the way and thoroughly reviewed all the work that was done on the car. I Was treated as if my business was important to the dealership and that all efforts would be made to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you Edwin and Kingscross. More
