After a few short calls he not only assisted to have the short block replaced as Hyunday approved, but also offered a vehicle while the service was provided.This is not the only time that Edwin Ho and associates from Hyunday Kingscross in Scarborough, offer professional assistance but go the extra mile to offer it. Yesterday (Saturday morning) I took my car in for a level 4 service and was told it would take about two hours to complete. I was also advised that if addition issues were found with the car, I would be informed before a decision was made on any additional work. Withins an hour and a half, I had my car back on the road, washed and running as good as ever. No additional issues were found ( a great product) and I was set for another 6000 km. Edwin, the service representative, as usual, kept me informed along the way and thoroughly reviewed all the work that was done on the car. I Was treated as if my business was important to the dealership and that all efforts would be made to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you Edwin and Kingscross. More
