I was really impressed bh the service i got from Kingcross Hyundai employee Mr. Edwin working in the service department. My car engine was giving problem and was not working properly and it was new Kingcross Hyundai employee Mr. Edwin working in the service department. I would like to commend SIR EDWIN HO, the Service Manager of Kingscross, Scarborough for facilitating the replacement of my 2020 Hyundai Elantra engine. The engine was burning oil, they told me to go back fo of Kingscross, Scarborough for facilitating the replacement of my 2020 Hyundai Elantra engine. The engine was burning oil, they told me to go back for 7 months and I was really discouraged when they told me that. However, the front desk from the sales of the same branch suggested to talk to the service manager, and luckily, sir Edwin Ho promptly made a report regarding my engine problem. He never failed to update me from time to time. Fortunately, after weeks of waiting, they finally changed the engine. Got my car fixed in less than 8 hours. I hope that there will be no problems in the near future, though. Without any doubt, Edwin Ho deserves a 10 stars rating. More powers! More

Well I was there first thing in the morning to get my car for the second service. I was very well taken care by one of the service advisor by the name of Garman and one of my concerns besides the regular ser for the second service.
