I am now on my 3rd Hyundai with the last two being purchased through this dealership. Although I live in Oakville, I will always travel the approximately 70 Kms to purchase and have my cars services purchased through this dealership. I recently took my 2014 Sante Fe in for its regular service and a winter tire change. I have always dealt with Edwin Ho who at all times has seen to it that only the necessary work is done and that there is no unnecessary up selling About 4 years ago I notice a strange noise in the engine but was assured by the service team that the engine was being monitored and that nothing needed to be done at that time. At my last service over the weekend, Edwin came to me and said my engine was making a knocking noise that had worsened over the years and it needed replacing He undertook to deal directly with Hyundai to ensure it was covered under a warranty / recall. To cut a long story short, I have my car back after a few days and it is running better than ever and is now noise free. This work was done entirely through the efforts of Edwin who once again has demonstrated that he is always looking out for his clients. He is also ably assisted by Garman who has assisted me in Edwin's absence. They both know their customers cars and their service histories and are able to pick up on any problem in very short notice. Thanks to Kingscross and a very special shout out to Edwin and the team. Also a mention must be made of the way in which Kingscross is dealing with the COVID crisis. The way they provided services to their customers, with customer screening, social distancing and ensuring the wearing of masks, certainly creates a climate in which the customer feels safe and well served.
