King George Nissan is the best. I have been a Nissan owner since 2005 when I purchased my X-Trail. I have lived in White Rock, Abbotsford and now Whistler and have always taken my ca I have been a Nissan owner since 2005 when I purchased my X-Trail. I have lived in White Rock, Abbotsford and now Whistler and have always taken my car back to King George Nissan because the service guys are so great and they took wonderful care of me. My X-Trail had over 450,000 km with the original clutch. Unfortunately she developed some major transmission problems and it was time to let her go - a very sad experience as I wasn't ready for it. Based on my experiences over the last 12 years, I didn't even consider going elsewhere to get a new car. I am now the proud owner of a Rogue and I look forward to another 12 years with this vehicle. Many thanks to Bob, the Sales Manager, for getting me into this car and to the service team, Brent, Fred and Steve, for keeping me going for the last 12 years. You are all wonderful! More

very bad service I was there today to purchase a new car. Manager provided me a quote including all taxes & fees. I accepted his price and went to make a deposit. Accounting clerk asked me to pay $2000 more than the quoted price. when I questioned she went back to speak with the manager, after a while both came back and advised me they forgot to add PST, I simply got up and told them I don't want to buy. Manager got very mad at me and started yelling at me. He told that he does not want to sell me this car because I was walking out for $2000 and basically yelled at me to get out, I will never go back to this dealership. More

Misleading advertising and horrible "customer care" I saw a Frontier I was interested in on their website. Right below the advertised price, there was an invitation to "Get E-Price". So I clicked on it, I saw a Frontier I was interested in on their website. Right below the advertised price, there was an invitation to "Get E-Price". So I clicked on it, thinking that they may respond with a slightly lower price...I mean, why else would they have such an invitation?? SEVERAL hours later, I received a response simply asking if I was available to come in for a test drive. My response was that I was available, but I wanted to know what the "E-Price" was before deciding if I wanted to view the truck. TWO BUSINESS DAYS later (and at the end of that business day), I received a reply, stating that the E-Price was the same as the advertised price, and AGAIN asking when I could come in for a test drive!! A competitor with a similar vehicle with less kms and more options offered me $1000.00 off their asking price within 10 minutes of clicking their "Get E-Price" invitation. Shop around, people!! More

Very Poor Customer and Sales Service I had set up an appointment to view a used vehicle. Drove to the dealer and was told it was already sold. They never called and said it was because of I had set up an appointment to view a used vehicle. Drove to the dealer and was told it was already sold. They never called and said it was because of the holiday. I am disabled and am recovering from surgery for cancer. Had to drive a considerable distance and over a toll bridge twice. They said "sorry" and brushed me off. No offer of looking at another vehicle or even a mention of help. What a joke. Very poor service and I would recommend to avoid this dealer. More
