Be very wary of used vehicles in particular from this dealership. Jackson was a reasonable sales person, but was unable to assist us in a meaningful manner when issues came up after purchase. Pleasant dealership. Jackson was a reasonable sales person, but was unable to assist us in a meaningful manner when issues came up after purchase. Pleasant and compassionate though, I will say. Sam was great dealing with our final payments and finance questions. It's a shame she's only part-time there. Donald dragged us back in to refund money he shouldn't have and then made us come back to pay it again - 5 minutes later. He also tried to say it was Sam's fault - she did NOTHING wrong. The service department didn't catch a bent front wheel rim causing vibration at highway speed on the safety inspection. We paid for a secondary inspection that found the issue. At least King George Nissan did replace the rim with no argument. The internal air circulation does not seal. We have anecdotal evidence/experience as well as a mechanic stating on paper it needs further investigation/repair. Bob Venus (General Sales Manager) who was so pleasant when I complained about Donald, and conciliatory in offering an oil change/service and gas fill up, suddenly got terse and when approached about the time wasted and lack of diagnosis on site by my husband, decided to opt for gaslighting. Either the service department lied about what they did to my husband while he waited 2.5 hours with our small child, or to Bob; they took it on 2 test drives, then washed it, as well as changing the rim. Bob says they ran airflow testing at the hood and determined there's no issue. It's great driving in rush hour traffic, breathing in exhaust fumes because the system won't seal, but the dealership says I have to fork out $1300 if they deem it's not malfunctioning, when clearly it is. The dismissive tone and attitude Bob displays towards customers who aren't "easy" is entirely inappropriate. Had I read a single review before purchasing my vehicle I would have seen that the complaints about the incompetent service department and this sales manager in particular go back pre-covid. He has a track record of over promising and under delivering or simply ghosting people, particularly women, who he seems to think don't have any knowledge or experience with vehicles or sales. Being told he will "now consider the matter closed" is a big eff you to a customer you're leaving hanging. At least he's just as rude and dismissive to my husband, so maybe it's not just women, but it sure seems like there's a tendency there looking at other reviews. Additionally, I have asked 3 times for the name of the general operations manager and no one will provide it to me. They can't even be bothered to update their website to show staff - maybe because they don't want the accountability? Overall icky feeling, shoddy, disrespectful experience dealing with their General Sales Manager, and I would never refer anyone to this dealership. More
I purchased a new car from Nissan King George in November 2024, trading in my 2021 car. As part of the deal, the manager, Bob, promised in writing to include four snow tires as an incentive and return the da 2024, trading in my 2021 car. As part of the deal, the manager, Bob, promised in writing to include four snow tires as an incentive and return the dash cam from my previous car. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. After the purchase, I discovered that the tires installed on my new car were all-weather, not snow tires as promised. I immediately contacted Bob via email to address the issue. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, he tried to convince me that all-weather tires are the same as snow tires—which, as anyone familiar with Canadian winters knows, is absolutely incorrect. As for my dash cam, I have yet to receive it back or even an update on its whereabouts, despite following up multiple times. It’s now January, and these broken promises have caused significant inconvenience. I’ve had to cancel two family trips because I don’t feel safe driving in certain areas with inadequate tires. This situation has added unnecessary stress that could have been avoided if the dealership had simply delivered on its promises. What’s even more frustrating is the dealership’s sales tactics. While I was trying to make my decision, the manager walked in and filled my head with promises that sounded great on paper but were ultimately left unfulfilled—all just to close the deal. The moment I signed the papers, they immediately started asking for reviews and sending guest satisfaction surveys, despite not delivering on what was promised. What’s most upsetting is the dismissive and condescending attitude I’ve encountered. As a woman, I felt patronized and underestimated, as though I was expected to accept unfulfilled promises without question. Now, I’m forced to pursue a small claims court case to get the minimum of what was agreed upon. This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and financially draining. I strongly advise others to be cautious and hold this dealership accountable if you choose to do business with them. More

I was greeted at the Service Desk by a very personable Brent, who explained the process, time frame and cost for work done on my car. All completed satisfactorily! I was so impressed when picking up my Brent, who explained the process, time frame and cost for work done on my car. All completed satisfactorily! I was so impressed when picking up my car, to find it was not only running tip top shape, but they had completed a complimentary front area vacuuming and a car wash..Nice Touch!! A few days later I returned to have a part installed that was pre-ordered and a challenge for Brent to find for my 19 year old Altima! Once again, great professional and friendly service, installation and yet "Another complimentary car wash"!! My car is running like it's brand new! Thank you Brent and All the Guys at King George Nissan!!! Susan More
I would have given them 0 star rating if there was an option. A bunch of liars. I got a letter for my 2019 Nissan Sentra SV advising about a recall on it. I called this dealership and spoke to service ma option. A bunch of liars. I got a letter for my 2019 Nissan Sentra SV advising about a recall on it. I called this dealership and spoke to service manager Mike about it. Mike advised that they have the parts and I can bring my car to the dealership and get it fixed for the recall. I provided all the information about the car which was required by them to Fred, who also works at this dealership. Fred asked me to wait in the waiting area and after 10 minutes he came to me and weirdly asked me if I have problems starting my car or turning it off to which I said no, I never had that kind of issue. He again comes back to me asking if I have seen oil spilled where I park my car to which I again said no. He then advised me that the transmission oil is leaking but it is not that bad. He did not actually showed me the car but went in the workshop and took pictures of the engine and tried to explain that there is transmission oil leakage. He then said that we won't be doing the fix for the recall as they do not have the parts. I was pissed off and said that Mike told me that you guys have the parts. he said he will talk to Mike and I said I also want to talk to him. He said he will tell Mike and said that they will do a multi point inspection, wash and vacuum the car (front and rear) usually they do not vacuum rear but they will do it for me. After waiting for 15-20 minutes again and asking for talking to Mike I finally got to talk to him. Now this guy tells me a different story. He said that they have the parts but there is no problem in the car as mentioned in the recall so they cannot do it. So, basically either Fred or Mike or both of them lied and just made up there own stories. Also, when I said to Fred that I came all the way from surrey central area on my day off to get the car fixed for the recall just to be told that they do not have the parts. Fred replied, oh it is just a 20 minute drive. Dude, just try to be late at work by 20 minutes. Like what the xxxx..!! 20 minutes are nothing? Also, he said we are going to vacuum the rear of the car for you but they vacuumed just the rear seats. Doesn't rear of the car means the rear floor and the trunk of the car as well? After sometime, he handed over the keys to me and advised that they have ordered the parts for the transmission oil leakage and will call me when they get them. These guys think that I am stupid to go to their dealership again? I drove out, called Applewood Nissan located at Fraser Highway in Surrey and told them how King George Nissan dealership lied to me. I was advised by Applewood Nissan that no dealership has the parts for the recall and thus, King George Nissan should have told me about this at the first place. I went to Applewood Nissan the same day and got the parts replaced for transmission oil change. King George Nissan should learn from Applewood Nissan on how to provide a better service and how not to try making a fool out of the customer. More
