They sold me a used car that needed $600 in repairs (passenger heating) from day one of the purchase. Their response “it is not a safety issue”, you bought it you own the problem. Which ultimately is how it turned out. Oh yes I did pay $1,600 on an extended warranty but the fix was not covered. Like the other reviewer I called Kia's head office but they would not help as it is privately owned. More

Purchased a used soul Dec 2018 with Jesse's sales pitch the car was loaded and with a Rust Module as a bonus. This module is $1000 and my car will never rust. Naturally, I didn't undercoat the car as per their instructions and a few months later the car is rusting. I take the car into another dealer to inspect this module to be told it's not working and they don't recognize the model of it. I contact Kia Newmarket on March 9 of this year. Leaving many messages to management to call. In July I went there and was told they got the module working, BUT unfortunately, the warranty is NON-transferrable and apparently the factory warranty ended in April. I paid $3200 extended warranty BUT apparently not covered under that either. I called KIA Head Office and was told we can't force them to do something. We don't own these dealerships......If your reading this keep looking down and you'll see I'm one of many with the same problem from this dealership. Very dishonest and should not be in business. I guess all he cares about is money! No concern for customer satisfaction.. no heart at all! Such a waste of Kia spending so much in advertizing building their name when this person single handedly ruins it! I will tell my friends about this horrible experience, my colleagues and in forums. Watch out for extra charges when you purchase a car. Do not let your guard down. I am only posting to help protect future victims. Even if they say they gave you a discount, shop around, do not sign. They will make you believe anything and they will keep you trapped in there until you sign and give your deposit. Then, they do not care about you anymore and you are at their mercy. Please be cautious when dealing with them. More

I dealt with Ali who was knowledgeable about the car and worked with us through the whole buying experience. From the first introduction through to picking up the new car four days later we experienced no problems whatsoever. I would recommend this dealership and Ali. More

Once they get your money and you sign - the tables have turned and now they do not care about you, they will step on you and treat you like trash! You hope you can speak to someone higher, but the bosses S. and R. Agha do not care, just delegate to their manager, Mike Robotham - who is a very mean, cold hearted person. Do not buy from them, in fact, don't even go to their showroom. Go elsewhere, take a chance at other dealerships! They will try to mislead you, add extra charges and fool you! Be careful, walk away now while you still can. Once you sign, you will be like an animal trapped! They have no mercy. They are out to get you! Do not buy from them, save yourself the misery, do not even set foot in this Kia Newmarket! Horrible horrible people here. DO NOT GO TO KIA NEWMARKET!!! I do not wish this horrible experience even to my enemies. Such a waste of KIA's expense on ads when the dealership acts this way. EXTREMELY DISHONEST DEALERSHIP This is an absolute terrible business. They have no moral compass, and are willing to sell you a trash car at your expense. My parents purchased a vehicle from this dealership two weeks ago. One day into having the car, we realized that the AC DOES NOT WORK. We took the car back to the dealership two times before someone looked into what the issue was. When we finally got the verdict, turns out the compressor was broken, and this dealership is taking absolutely no ownership of selling us a car with this defect. They told my parents that they have to pay 1500 dollars to replace it with an after market part and comes with no warranty. The management and salesman than sold the car to us (Ali) need to be ashamed of themselves. I will never recommend this KIA or any other KIA dealership for this matter to anyone. My advice: stay away, and take your money elsewhere to people that do honest business. More
Terrible experience from start to finish. Purchased used vehicle which needed huge repair after 6 days of ownership. Service manager was a total xxxxxxx and said we must from start to finish. He would not budge and even meet us half way on the repairs. Took car to another place to find that our car was actually still under warranty from the previous owner and they serviced our vehicle free of charge. Kia has even tried to sell us an extended warranty on this vehicle and just happy we didn’t give this dealership any more of our money. From start it was just about selling the vehicle. Was given a hard time for even having my own mechanic look over the vehicle. It’s just about sales to them with no regard to providing good customer service. I had to even call on my own to find out about the recalls on the vehicle myself. I work at a large government office in York region and will never recommend this dealership to any of my colleagues. I was told to carry the bill of sale until such time as they gave me the ownership. This is not right. I wasn't told prior to purchase that there was only one key fob. Another will cost between $500.00 and $800. The navigation system was missing an SD card that has the maps, so there is no navigation system. Another $250.00 to $350.00 expense. Had I known about these deficiencies a would not have purchased the vehicle. One could almost call it dishonest to fail to disclose these things. I went to see the sales manager to see if he would make it right but no luck. I will not return to this dealership and I will tell my family, friends and acquaintances about this experience. More
Had a bad feeling when I walked in. Took my car in for a recall yesterday to replace abs/esc module and they completely butchered it. I’m was a master Kia tech myself til late 2018 and know this recall well. Talked to the shop foreman and asked to retrieve the key I forgot in my car. He yelled in the shop “GET THE KEYS FROM THAT PILE OF xxxx!” I was shocked and turned to the advisor that that was in fact what he said. My car was later returned to me (parked in the handicapped spot) with all 4 inner rims and tires saturated in brake fluid from the poor bleeding procedure. They took it back in and cleaned it handed back to me. When I was ready to leave the lot I noticed the brake pedal was to the floor and very spongy. I went back inside and complained again and also stated that air was still present in the system and needed to be bled again. As I watched from the window the bleeding procedure was not done. I explained my concern and how I was mistreated to the service manger and he smiled and shrugged saying it’s nothing we did, after he had come back from the a test drive that wasn’t performed after the repair to verified proper function of my brakes. My brakes still had air in the hydraulic system. I thanked him politly as my car was parked in the handicapped spot where he had left it for the 3rd time. Later today I decided to bring in my car to bleed the brake the correct way. Once hoisted in the air I noticed damage to my uncover and gas tank and parking brake cable area as if the mechanic previously that work on my car and placed the hoist arm incorrectly. Not only did they destroy my brakes but my my gas tank is bent in and uncovers broken. Bled my brake system and found lots of air in the system. Thinking how and why they would don’t such a thing?? Contacted the dealer and service manager had gone home. Left a message for him and expecting a call tomorrow. This pile of xxxx carries me to work and back makes me money and keeps my family safe. Mangment team at this location is well under-par. Have pics and videos and will be contacting KIA CANADA very shortly for Kias are amazing cars. and so is mine wether you think it’s a pile of xxxx or not!! More
