Avoid at all costs I would never buy a car here again. I will not even bring my car here for service. At the end of the day these were resolved to the extent I agreed to resolutions just to avoid court - but not as it should have been based on our original agreements. More
Buyer beware with this dealership! I can't stress enough to avoid this dealership! The sales tactics are dirty, and they lie to make a sale. They forgot to change my ownership when I took possession only to be stopped when I tried to get a birthday sticker several months later because the ownership was still in the old owner's name. I paid top dollar for a used 2014 Soul because it had no rust and a "rust module" installed that will stop the car from rusting. What they didn't tell me was the module wasn't working and was NON-TRANSAFERRABLE from the past owner and of course the car rusted to the tune of $2000. The dealership refused to repair it and KIA Canada, actually told me they have no control over the individual dealerships no matter how bad they are. Unbelievable. Well, Kia and Kia NewMarket you will never make another sale on me or any family member. Eventually, the one-off sales will catch up. More
Worst dealer to deal with. Asked for a part for my new(used) Kia and provided my VIN to avoid getting the wrong parts. Well that didn't stop it from happening and all for washer nozzles no less! I should of known from the start I was in for issues when the parts invoice wasn't in my name. I guess they just assumed that because the VIN was in the system that thats who I was. I asked if this would be an issue and was insured as long as I had the invoice it was ok. 134$ later once part in hand(after it was ordered) realized it won't fit in the hood. I PAID BY DEBIT but was informed they have to cut me a cheque and refused to put the money back on my card. I was told by the parts guy he wrote down my info and would send it up to finance which he obviously didn't do because after waiting 2 weeks and 3 trips to the store the name on the cheque was wrong!!! I refused to go back there and the parts manager ended up getting it delivered in the end but what a bunch of bs! Its mid winter and no operating washer nozzles, dissapointing! More
Went in to purchase a part for my vehicle to only be given the wrong part and told it would take 2 weeks to get a refund. It's been over 2 weeks and we are getting annoyed with being told the refund w given the wrong part and told it would take 2 weeks to get a refund. Acting like they have better things to do rather than serving customers. Don't waste your time or money at this location. KIA NEWMARKET you put the Cus back into customer service. Which ultimately is how it turned out. Oh yes I did pay $1,600 on an extended warranty but the fix was not covered. Like the other reviewer I called Kia's head office but they would not help as it is privately owned. More

Purchased a used soul Dec 2018 with Jesse's sales pitch the car was loaded and I don't normally write reviews, but this dealership warrants a warning. Purchased a used soul Dec 2018 with Jesse's sales pitch the car was loaded and with a Rust Module as a bonus. This module is $1000 and my car will never rust. Naturally, I didn't undercoat the car as per their instructions and a few months later the car is rusting. I take the car into another dealer to inspect this module to be told it's not working and they don't recognize the model of it. I contact Kia Newmarket on March 9 of this year. Leaving many messages to management to call. In July I went there and was told they got the module working, BUT unfortunately, the warranty is NON-transferrable and apparently the factory warranty ended in April. I paid $3200 extended warranty BUT apparently not covered under that either. I called KIA Head Office and was told we can't force them to do something. We don't own these dealerships......If your reading this keep looking down and you'll see I'm one of many with the same problem from this dealership. Very dishonest and should not be in business. I guess all he cares about is money! No concern for customer satisfaction.. no heart at all! Such a waste of Kia spending so much in advertizing building their name when this person single handedly ruins it! I will tell my friends about this horrible experience, my colleagues and in forums. Watch out for extra charges when you purchase a car. Do not let your guard down. I am only posting to help protect future victims. Even if they say they gave you a discount, shop around, do not sign. They will make you believe anything and they will keep you trapped in there until you sign and give your deposit. Then, they do not care about you anymore and you are at their mercy. Please be cautious when dealing with them. More

I dea I helped my in-laws to buy a new Kia Forte at Kia of Newmarket. I found the whole experience to be professional, fair and wholly satisfactory. I dealt with Ali who was knowledgeable about the car and worked with us through the whole buying experience. From the first introduction through to picking up the new car four days later we experienced no problems whatsoever. I would recommend this dealership and Ali. More
