I found myself looking to replace my 2000 Dodge Caravan this month. I was searching for something fuel efficient, compact, yet large enough for my kids that we wouldn't feel squished in. I went to a few car dealerships and wasn't have much luck. Between slim pickings and well pushy sales people trying to push me into taking their garbage off their hands. I thought I would try Kia. I had heard good things about Kia. Well I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the non-pushy sales approach. They listened to what I wanted and helped me right through to the day I got to pick up the car. Service is a top priority with Kia and it shows. And customer-service is right there with service at the top. Thank you Elaine for making the purchase of our Spectra5 such a pleasure. We've only had the car a few days, but we love it so far. I am very satisfied with my brand new Optima, I came to this dealership and found this dealership put customer service absolutely to their number one place.
