As a Kia owner for just over two years, I must say that the entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This allows me to have such confidence and comfort every time I stop in for service, or jus the entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A great example was today (March 19/2012) - I had brought my Rio5 in for a route service appointment and Nunzio Piccinni provided me with great service. His extensive knowledge, and kindness makes it easy to be a customer of Kia Newmarket. While I was waiting for my service appointment, I decided to speak with the financial department regarding a question I had. I am very satisfied with my brand new Optima, I came to this dealership and found this dealership put customer service absolutely to their number one place.
