This was the second Kia Sorento I have purchased from this dealer and once again, my experience was great. Only challenge I had was regarding the financing. There was a mix up about the insurance deductable I have and it cost me two valuable 'business working hours' to get it straightened out even though I found out that it had already been handled earlier in the day. Not impressed. Other than that, my experience in purchasing a new vehicle with a tradein of my previous Kia was a good one.
