I was buying a used vehicle from a person who was purchasing a new vehicle through Jordan Tobin's Kia of Newmarket. We had some difficulties coordinating the arrangement of all three parties and the safety for the used car. Jordan and Elaine reached out to me and worked with our schedules to make the deal happen on very short notice. They had both cars ready to go within 48hrs and treated us like we had been long time customers. Jordan understands how to run a good business and gets customer service in a way that makes you want to come back soon. Who runs this place?! I went into this dealership looking at the Rio, Soul and Forte, I first walked the lot to get a better idea what the vehicles looked like as I wasn't I went into this dealership looking at the Rio, Soul and Forte, I first walked the lot to get a better idea what the vehicles looked like as I wasn't sure what to expect in Kia. HOLY I couln't even walk where they have all their cars "parked" everything was just tossed to the side, that should of been the first red flag. Once I went into the dealership Nicole came to help me out I explained what vehicles I was interested in mostly size why and for the Soul because I like how it looks. She talked me out of the Soul because she didnt have much nice to say about it and she couldn't tell me a thing about it or how much it was or any features the vehicle could have. All she could focus on was how much the Forte was discounted. So after we talked about the deal with the forte she asked me to wait as she pull one up for me which took 15mins, we then we took it for a drive should couldn't tell me what was different from the Lx+ and EX or even what eco was. After the test drive I asked if i could get a payment and she said her manager had to work it out and that took what felt like 45mins. Frustrated with the time I put in I told her I might come back and I'd have to think about it with my husband. I drove 15 mins up the street and got the same vehicle for about 20bi weekly less than what Kia of Newmarket offered me. More

$4k more expensive for the exact same car Newmarket Kia on Yonge, they have a car I like, with 100km..I asked for a quote, MSRP + PDI + admin fee.....cost few thousands on top of the MSRP, the Newmarket Kia on Yonge, they have a car I like, with 100km..I asked for a quote, MSRP + PDI + admin fee.....cost few thousands on top of the MSRP, the car is only $20k, that's insane. Drove 30 min south on Yonge same afternoon, I got exact same car and paid lower than MSRP!!!!, it saved me almost $4000!!! Newmarket Kia, Michael...you are too greedy!!!!! More

Second time around. In 2012 I walked in to Kia Newmarket and purchased a Forte 5 through Jennifer. I loved the car and experience so much that when I decided to upgrade, In 2012 I walked in to Kia Newmarket and purchased a Forte 5 through Jennifer. I loved the car and experience so much that when I decided to upgrade, due to needing more room I naturally called Jennifer again. Within minutes of hearing what I was looking for she emailed me with her thoughts and we set a date for me to come in. I am now the proud owner of a Kia Rondo, and I love it. What makes Jennifer so amazing is her gift to listen to what her customers want/need. This time around I had brought my 19 year son who has Down Syndrome with me. Jennifer was very patient with him and answered every question he had. (Trust me there were a lot). My pick-up date had to be delayed when a dent was noticed. I appreciate the honesty that was displayed by Jennifer and Kia Newmarket in handling this situation, and getting car fixed to perfect condition. When dealing with the Finance department and all other staff my experience was also excellent. They all greeted my son and I with open arms and made our experience great. My son left with a few extras, thanks to staff (a soccer ball, shop tour, book, pen and a smile) Thanks again I highly recommend Jennifer and Kia Newmarket and would definitely use them again in the future.
