Unsatisfied Neil was great help when I walked in thought he and I knew what he was talking about. Total rip off whenit was brought to Neil who said he is a manager, he did not know all his information. Contacted them for 2 weeks to hear from their supervisor and no calls have been returned as of yet a month later. All employes that I spoke with had different excuses. Do not go there ! BEWARE More

Incompetent Service My business partner and I purchased two 2018 Kia Sedonas in September. I recently discovered that my driver's side sliding door was inoperative. It My business partner and I purchased two 2018 Kia Sedonas in September. I recently discovered that my driver's side sliding door was inoperative. It took it in to Brampton KIA for warranty and it took 4 days for them to figure out that the safety that stops the door from making contact with the gas cap door had short circuited. I received the vehicle back with grease marks all over the seats, a big chip out of the paint from a door ding and have now just discovered that my mirrors are no longer retracting when you turn off the vehicle. The acting service manager, Christina, was excellent to deal with but unfortunately she is not supported by a strong team. Very disappointed!!! We will be going back to Dodge Caravans for our next two business vehicles. More

Scammers, sales personnell and management Bought a 2006 Mazda 5 at this dealers they sold me a car with the number 3 cylinder pumping oil fouling the spark plug. The salesman talk me out of test driving the car on the 410 hwy. My son drove the car on the hwy that same day and discovered that the engine was miss firing. It was a long weekend so I took the car back on Tuesday, they kept it for about four days said they had correct the problem. It started misfiring again in a couple of days, took it back again and told them I did not want that car unless they change the engine block and pistons. They refuse to change the car or to do a proper repair, they wanted to do a quick fix that would only last a couple of months. I spoke to a lawyer he told me they had more money than I so I cannot fight them I contacted OMVIC the told me they cannot force them to do the repair. I ask for help from the bank that finances the car, they reply we do not care we just want our money. Guess what I walk away and my name is now at the credit board. D Burke More
