Bought a 2017 Kia Sorento EX V6. from out of province I am from northern Ontario and purchased a new 2017 Kia Sorento EX V6 from Kia West Edmonton. I had the vehicle shipped to me and it came exactly as I am from northern Ontario and purchased a new 2017 Kia Sorento EX V6 from Kia West Edmonton. I had the vehicle shipped to me and it came exactly as described; it came with a block heater, full tank of gas, cleaned, and ready to drive. My wife and I were very pleased. My advise is that if you are buying and negotiating over the phone, I strongly advise you to deal with Paul Rizzi as he can get the job done. He is very professional and very easy to deal with.. I would buy another vehicle from Paul again in a heartbeat. More

Impressive I didnt purchase my vehicle through Kia but I started taking it there for service since I moved to the city. I must say, I am very impressed with the I didnt purchase my vehicle through Kia but I started taking it there for service since I moved to the city. I must say, I am very impressed with the service department, I typically deal with Juliana or Natasha and they always treat me like family. The only complaint that I would have is that the last time I went in a dealt with Susan and I felt like she was trying to take advantage of me and that she wasn't being honest. Next time I will just make sure that I deal with anyone other than her cause everyone else is awesome! I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Kia because of the level of service I get!! More
