I did not have to wait to visit the dealership and it seemed every possible effort was made to connect me asap with a dealer. The dealership was easy to get to as it is directly on a transit route which was important to me. Will met me at the door, as I walked in, which made me feel less anxious and very welcomed. His smile and genuine friendliness put me at ease immediately. He took a great deal of time to listen to what I was looking for, to thoroughly answer any questions I had and to explain the "story" of the KIA. I found this very interesting as I like to know as many facts as possible about a car I am considering buying. I felt no pressure from him, but instead a respect for allowing me to make my choice based on the information her gave me. . I found WILL to be very knowledgable and genuine. I needed a car as my previous car had just been totalled in an accident and I was confident Will was going to find me the best car; all the while including me at each step. The other employees were very friendly and by the end of the two days I spent at Kia , I was being greeted by "Nancy". First brand new car :) Had a great experience at Kia on sw marine dr. buying our first brand new vehicle. Will was awesome, and really knowledgable. Not pushy for the sale and super direct when it was negotiation time. Gave us a car to use until ours was fully ready to drive off the lot and it was super easy to get our insurance swapped before leaving the dealership (no back and forths to our insurance co.). The only reason for not adding the 5th star was that pickup day, we ended up waiting a couple of hours at the dealership after being told it was ready for pickup, and it took a couple trips back and forth to complete the financing paperwork. All in all, the experience was great, the rest of the staff were awesome and Will was stellar! We got a great prize off the prize wheel as well! Thanks guys! More
