Jacob listened, evaluated, and respectfully applied sound selling principles necessary to inform me of the strengths of my choices and then to propose alternatives which provided advantages I had never considered. As the proposed deal was nearing a conclusion we encountered a closing stalemate which was cleaverly resolved by Sales Manager Aiden Zaire. BUT without the compassionate and qualified input from Jacob, the deal was falling apart. Again, Jacob's knowledge and communicating skills - we had a perfect fit! Vineet Dalton was helpful in completing financial requirements. THANK YOU JACOB! A slight upswell resulted in us getting an excellent Kia Sorento with all the features we wanted and MORE! More
