"terrible online booking"
Recently I have booked a time online for my car service and part repair. To ensure that the part will be delivered and ready to the shop by then, I also called the service department to confirm the time. Everything looks good until the late afternoon next day. I received an email, notifying my schedule will be removed since there was somebody else also booking the same time. How terrible it is!!!! It screwed up my planning on that day. My suggestion is NEVER booking online, better calling the service guy to make one.
