Eli was great! It was my first time in this dealership. My father and I walked in the door and were greeted by Eli. We came to a good negotiation in a reasonable about of time (less than 1 hour including the test drive) on my purchase of a 2015 KIA RIO. The only thing I wished was different was our dealing with Imad (finance manager, I think). We probably spent about another hour in Imad’s office where he pushed very hard for me to buy gap insurance and extended warranty, all of which I decline. Although, I think it is typical/standard practice for a car dealer to try to sell you extras. Overall, I was very pleased with this non-stressful experience. Chris More

I was forced to purchase services i didn't want or need. I was told oil changes were included as a perk at no charge for purchasing with Dilawri only to find that the charge was hidden in the cost. I was talked down to and made to feel like my sale didn't matter when speaking to Hassan about the issues after the sale. I was told if i tried to change anything in the deal that my interest rate would be changed to a higher amount and the dealer would remove my winter tires or charge me for them as they were part of the deal. I was forced to get a useless rust package and an extended warranty i did not want. I think i was robbed. Other dealers give winter tires or car starters or oil changes as part of the deal . I would not recommend this dealer at all unless you want to be mislead and be charged thousands of dollars more than you need to pay. BRUTAL BRUTAL BRUTAL..... More

In the days and weeks following, Tony took the time to follow up with me when new inventory had arrived in their showroom that met my specific criteria. Each time we spoke, he took the time and effort to understand my preferences and tailor his recommendations towards my needs. With a huge used lot and showroom, and no hassle approach to customer service, I would highly recommend Kia on Hunt Club as a good destination to begin pursuit of a new vehicle. More
