No need to go anywhere else! I walked into this dealership not knowing exactly whether I wanted a new or pre owned kia optima. I was greeted by Nour who showed nothing but professionalism, respect and polite mannerisms towards my wife and I. He explained to us the advantages with both scenarios and took us for a drive even though he knew we weren't going to buy that day. I went to other dealerships, and most them politely kicked me away when they found out I wasn't going to buy right away. I now know that, when buying a vehicle, you need to be comfortable with the salesman before you are comfortable with the vehicle, and that is why I called Nour back. I went back in, did the numbers again. He proved that he genuinely and truly was working with me against his managers to get me exactly what I wanted, and I DID! Thank you to all the people that helped me in that dealership. All of whom were very friendly and smiley at all times. Will not go anywhere else but to you Nour and to this dealership. More

Eli was not "pushy" at all, instead he was knowledgable, friendly, and dedicated to helping us make the right decisions that would make us most happy. He did not come off "pushy" at all, and was very willing to show us any car and van/SUV and take them for test drives, despite the fact that we showed up at the dealer close to closing time.
