He also let me know about an optima that was heavily discounted. Had it not been for his knowledge of the inventory and the incentives available I would not have came in. Once at the dealership we were welcomed and treated very well. We drove the optima and the forte and decided to purchase the optima. No high pressure from Jason - it was strictly take as much time as you need to feel comfortable with our products. I had the pleasure of also dealing with the Sales Manager, Atheer Noman and his boss, General Manager Mike Crete. They put together a no-nonsense deal for me that I immediately recognized as being extremely competitive. I was greeted by Nour who showed nothing but professionalism, respect and polite mannerisms towards my wife and I. He explained to us the advantages with both scenarios and took us for a drive even though he knew we weren't going to buy that day. I went to other dealerships, and most them politely kicked me away when they found out I wasn't going to buy right away. I now know that, when buying a vehicle, you need to be comfortable with the salesman before you are comfortable with the vehicle, and that is why I called Nour back. I went back in, did the numbers again. He proved that he genuinely and truly was working with me against his managers to get me exactly what I wanted, and I DID!
