Eli Farah took the time to explain the cars features, went with me on several test drives, and answered any questions I had. Eli was quick to reply to my (sometimes frequent) emails and calls and prepared the delivery of my new car including helping me setup after-market 3M paint protection. I also dealt with Atheer Noman for the purchase negotiation and didn't feel pressured into taking a deal. Overall an awesome purchase experience. Only aspect that I was ready for (since it was mentioned on this site) was the pressure to tack on extra 'stuff' while filling in the financing paperwork including adding extra insurance, electronic rust proofing (which I don't believe in), and additional warranty to an already good 5 year from Kia. As long as your prepared and ready for it you'll be fine. I won't knock this against them since I believe its standard industry practice to upsell all that stuff if they can. More

Also, if you are not happy with this new vehicle once it arrives you do not have to continue with the purchase of the vehicle as no car dealership can MAKE you take delivery of a vehicle as per Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) they are not a JUDGE. Furthermore, do take this dealerships word that you are receiving a new undamaged vehicle, Inspect every square inch of that new vehicle before signing the final paperwork as we received a new damaged vehicle from this dealership that was not only damaged, but was damaged and the damage was covered up with touch up paint. Lastly, Kia Canada is not there to help the general public when you have a problem with a Kia dealership. They will always stick up for a Kia dealership and simply advise the customer that they do not get involved between a transaction that was done between a Kia dealership and a customer. The ACTING Public Relations contact Maxime Surette, at Kia Canada (as Jack Sulymka, Public Relations Manager and Robert Staffieri, Director of Marketing at Kia Canada have left Kia Canada and have not been replaced) did not even have the decency to respond directly to a customer complaint that involved detailed information and supporting pictures of the damage on this vehicle. He also let me know about an optima that was heavily discounted. Had it not been for his knowledge of the inventory and the incentives available I would not have came in. Once at the dealership we were welcomed and treated very well. We drove the optima and the forte and decided to purchase the optima. The deal was a back and fourth but eventually a deal was made that couldn't be passed on. I'm very happy with the experience we had. Will definitely return More

I bought the car from Jason Sousa, an easy going fellow who my wife wanted to take home along with her new Kia Sorento. No high pressure from Jason - it was strictly take as much time as you need to feel comfortable with our products. I had the pleasure of also dealing with the Sales Manager, Atheer Noman and his boss, General Manager Mike Crete. They put together a no-nonsense deal for me that I immediately recognized as being extremely competitive. I will definitely be returning to this dealership to purchase future cars assuming the quality of KIA products remains strong and the warranties as competitive as they currently are.
