The work done on the car was good. No complaints about it. What lead me to give a less than satisfactory review was the lack of communication. In the past, I remember getting calls to inform me of the progress of the work. I did not get any calls, so I called around 2.40pm to get an update. I was told my car was ready. I asked about being picked up by the shuttle. I was told a request would be logged, and I would be getting a call soon from the driver. Almost an hour later, I had not heard anything from the driver. I first texted my service advisor, but did not get a response, so I called them again at 3.30pm. At that point, I was told the driver had needed to do a few pick ups before me, but that I was definitely next. Forty five minutes later, as I still had not heard anything, I gave up in frustration and called a ride share. Of course, after I booked the ride share, I finally got a call from the driver, telling me I would pick me up in 15 minutes. At that point, I told him to forget it because the ride share was 5 minutes away. Had had been told when I first called, at 2.40, that the driver had a few pick up or drop off to do, I would more than likely have called a ride share right away, as I had errands I wanted to run once I got my car back, errands I could not do by the time I finally got my car back, because of commitments in the evening. I'm disappointed to have to leave a negative review, as I have had great service in the past, but for the past few years, service level seems to decline. More
