The work done on the car was good. No complaints about it. What lead me to give a less than satisfactory review was the lack of communication. In the past, I remember getting calls to inform me of the progress of the work. I did not get any calls, so I called around 2.40pm to get an update. I was told my car was ready. I asked about being picked up by the shuttle. I was told a request would be logged, and I would be getting a call soon from the driver. Almost an hour later, I had not heard anything from the driver. I first texted my service advisor, but did not get a response, so I called them again at 3.30pm. At that point, I was told the driver had needed to do a few pick ups before me, but that I was definitely next. Forty five minutes later, as I still had not heard anything, I gave up in frustration and called a ride share. Of course, after I booked the ride share, I finally got a call from the driver, telling me I would pick me up in 15 minutes. At that point, I told him to forget it because the ride share was 5 minutes away. Had had been told when I first called, at 2.40, that the driver had a few pick up or drop off to do, I would more than likely have called a ride share right away, as I had errands I wanted to run once I got my car back, errands I could not do by the time I finally got my car back, because of commitments in the evening. I'm disappointed to have to leave a negative review, as I have had great service in the past, but for the past few years, service level seems to decline. More

Salesman did not think to ask if my mind was set on a brand new vehicle. I would be fine with a 2025 with low mileage. Also, I didn't realize until I looked at the user manual that, with respect to speed brand new vehicle. I would be fine with a 2025 with low mileage. Also, I didn't realize until I looked at the user manual that, with respect to speed and rpm indicators, there's a "Type B" which is what I would prefer. The salesman not getting to know me and my preferences leaves me feeling exploited. Though of course a dealership is out to maximize profit, it still would be nice for them to get to know a customer's preferences and try to meet those as best as possible rather than just look to get a fast sale at maximum profit.
