If any questions come up during the service, they come directly to me in the waiting room to discuss them, which I really appreciate. I was satisfied with the service provided by Alex, but I am not happy with the car. I bought a 2021 Lexus IS300, and it came with cheap chinese tires and the tire pressure sensor light on. A check of the am not happy with the car. I bought a 2021 Lexus IS300, and it came with cheap chinese tires and the tire pressure sensor light on. A check of the vehicle alert history appears to indicate that airbags may gave been deployed even though the carfax is clear. At bare minimum, a Lexus should have the proper tires that Lexus would install, not cheap chinese tires. Now I have to drop off my car for the day as well to get the tire pressure sensor warning fixed, at my own expense. I expected better More

I found the employees not very organized or knowledgeable. My deal did not go smoothly at all. Starting from the wrong year of the car being provided at the time of purchase ( I was lead to b knowledgeable. My deal did not go smoothly at all. Starting from the wrong year of the car being provided at the time of purchase ( I was lead to believe it was a 2026 by the salesperson and the bill of sale said it was a 2025), the salesperson scheduled a delivery time and date but he was not there. The business manager (although pleasant) missed paperwork and as a result, there was a lot of back and forth that could have been avoided. I would not recommend this dealership strictly because of the lack of professionalism and organization. Shout out to Julien who delivered my car on behalf of the salesperson. Julien was professional, polite, understanding and he did his best to see I was looked after even though this was not his sale. Julien seemed to have the professionalism and customer care qualities that lacked elsewhere. More
