One of the aspects I expressed an issue with was clarified by the salesman. (He explained that they had no 2025 Seltos with low mileage -- the year I hoped to check out -- in stock, hence his just s clarified by the salesman. Re: the other aspect, my not knowing some Seltos have a Type B instrument cluster that shows speed & rpm in round dial graphic styles versus the Type A which just shows numbers, he explained that all vehicles these days just show info digitally. It seems he didn't understand that it was just the look of the Type A I don't like. Perhaps I didn't articulate clearly what I was trying to say. (I didn't mean "non-digital" per se.) He interjected a lot; he seemed mainly concerned to have me revise my review to make it more positive. More

Salesman did not think to ask if my mind was set on a brand new vehicle. I would be fine with a 2025 with low mileage. The salesman not getting to know me and my preferences leaves me feeling exploited. Though of course a dealership is out to maximize profit, it still would be nice for them to get to know a customer's preferences and try to meet those as best as possible rather than just look to get a fast sale at maximum profit.
