Everyone was so amazing to deal with from our salesman Kam to his manager Jay to our finance guy Owen. Today we realized (two days in) that the tow package on the truck we bought was incorrect. Should have been a level higher to allow us the correct towing capacity. Talked with Kam and Jay and they gave me a new new Explorer, upgraded tow package, bigger engine for NO CHARGE because they didn’t want me to have a vehicle that wouldn’t give me what I need. Honestly, anyone who knows me well knows that I HATE buying cars and dealing with the sales tactics etc. The guys at Kentwood Ford have 100% integrity. The technology in the service with videos and photos is a really cool idea and enjoyed seeing what actually goes on with my vehicle. Then there are times other times where it is the exact opposite and they seemed rush and treat you as another dollar to earn. When they have found issues with my vehicle in the past they do not have all the details before they call me and don’t seem to want to find them out for you either. I continue to use them as the shuttle, price,and most of the time the customer service is great. More
