Unsurpassed Integrity and Customer Service I just had the most amazing car buying experience that I have to share. Long story short- bought an Explorer with a tow package on it so we can pull o I just had the most amazing car buying experience that I have to share. Long story short- bought an Explorer with a tow package on it so we can pull our travel trailer. Love it! Everyone was so amazing to deal with from our salesman Kam to his manager Jay to our finance guy Owen. Today we realized (two days in) that the tow package on the truck we bought was incorrect. Should have been a level higher to allow us the correct towing capacity. Talked with Kam and Jay and they gave me a new new Explorer, upgraded tow package, bigger engine for NO CHARGE because they didn’t want me to have a vehicle that wouldn’t give me what I need. Honestly, anyone who knows me well knows that I HATE buying cars and dealing with the sales tactics etc. The guys at Kentwood Ford have 100% integrity.
